The menu has changed, the portions are smaller, and it's now on par with fast food chains like Panda Express, but you're paying a premium. The food wasn't awful, but the quality is gone. The only reason I give the atmosphere a two is because at this location, the restaurante smelled like sour rags. I think the rags they used to clean the tables have gone smelly.
