It's Just Wings - Orem

I am very upset with this restaurant. I've been dealing with severe illness for the past two days after eating there, and I suspect food poisoning. As a parent of four children, I have a lot to take care of and no time to be unwell. Customers trust this restaurant when they spend their money, and it's unacceptable to be served food that leads to such serious health issues.

I haven't experienced food poisoning in years, and I can say that no meal is worth it. Stay away from this restaurant. Save yourselves the trouble.

I've heard that many people complain about receiving cold wings, and it's likely because the restaurant doesn't update the DoorDash status to notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup. I recommend arriving about 5 minutes early and letting them know you're there to pick up an order under your name. I ordered during a non-peak hour, and my wings were actually ready 10 minutes before the suggested pickup time. I’m giving this place 4 stars because of the lack of updates on DoorDash regarding the status of the order.

Generally, if I take the time to check a place, it is because I love it, not this time. I haven't had food poisoning for years. no postcoupon is worth it. avoid this place. save your bauch. definitiw has happened.

I ordered from their website and apparently they ran out of the sauce that I ordered my wings with. I picked them up and made the mistake of not checking the food in the box. Got back to work and the wings had no sauce on them. It was just plain wings. You would think an employee would let me know that they were out of the sauce... nope I got plain wings instead. I gave them 1 star because I called and got a refund.
