Ihop - Orem

So it took us10 min to get seated… there were only 2 other parties normally my hubby would have just left but we waited. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and she took a drink order but I never brought us drinks about 20 minutes 30 minutes later she came and took our order and realized she didn’t bring our drinks we all laughed it off and we eventually got them it took a while. Just before bringing us our food she brought us our drinks and told about how her night had been because she had four parties but they all wanted separate tickets and that really messed her up I guess the parties were quite large whatever. (Split it up after y’all leave a restaurant)Our food came it was overall decent, It all came out at the same time it was hot, fresh and the last half of our service with her she made up everything from the beginning and us and our oldest kids that we saved from a flat tire quite enjoyed our little breakfast at 3 AM. Not too bad I was pleasantly surprised.

They seated us promptly, got our order taken, kept our drinks full, and were fairly attentive to what we needed. The food was actually cooked better than expected. And all of this was during during time when the diner was rather busy. Full marks.

Sausage was nasty, burrito was bleh, bacon was stale hash browns were burnt: was expensive

Great experience. on Saturday, a little busy. he waited for about 15 minutes. I ordered water immediately, about 5 minutes later. eating took about 10-15 minutes to be ready. our waitress often came enough to get us everything we needed, but not so much it annoyed. the restaurant was clean. everyone was respectful. great experience.

This morning at 7 o'clock to ihop. I was the only customer. When I came in, they immediately sat on me and immediately took me away. I wait under 10 minutes and my food was ready and fresh. the food was hot and delicious. pancakes were always great. the spinach and mushroom omelet was hot, fresh and delicious. alexia, who was my waitress, was very helpful from the beginning to the end. I gave her a good tip to help me serve with good food and check me while eating. thank you! recommend this ihop location. very attentive staff and great fresh food that I really enjoyed. I've got free pancakes for my next one now. I'm back for some more fresh delicious pancakes.
