Del Taco - Orem

Literally sat in line for a hour waiting in the drive through. Currently as I sit here writing this am still sitting in my car in the drive through I watched as half the line backed out and left from behind me as well idk what’s going on with this location but they need a management change seems like every time I come here the line takes forever it’s a joke! Probably wasted a quarter of a tank of gas tonight just sitting here stuck in line.

New menu!! the cheesecake bites, bacon double del, and spicy jack chicken quesadilla are my favorites. I was sad to see the spicy jack chicken quesadilla has been discontinued. However, I was excited to see they have a bunch of new items on their menu! I tried the new chicken ranch ' /with no Pico de Gallo and no guacamole. The chicken is grilled and shredded. Early standard Del taco. The staff's friendly and the food is good for fast food.

Worst experience ever! We tried to order 2 of the Crispy chicken and Guac tortas combos. I could tell by the questions he asked that he wasn't getting it right. We ended up with chicken tacos. When we took them back up they charged us an additional $8 to get our correct order, so a total of $40 to get 2 $11.77 meals, 2 other tacos for my grandson who told him NOT combo, but the guy added $2.50 for fries we didn't want. What a mess. I will be writing to Del Taco corporate also.

The food was great. It always seems to be made super sloppy though. You can't ever get a chicken soft Taco and have it in the middle. All the food is always on one side. The steak quesadilla is also made sloppy. All the steak is in the middle and the cheese is never fully melted. It's like this only at the Orem 1600 north state st location.
