The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly. Ben was our server and he was wonderful. The ice cream blizzards are always a favorite. I got the new Snickers flavor. The restrooms were also clean. And the store is handicap accessible if needed.

There is so much to say about this location. It is a very busy location, staff is usually quite overwhelmed it seems with orders and keeping the tables cleared. My first time at this location there were barely any open tables, the ones that were free weredisgusting, literally ice cream and condiments just smeared on the tables surface. My order took about 30 minutes to get tomyself and friend. Her order was just a plain burger with nothing on it. She got it and it had cheese, they corrected it byjust removing the cheese, we know this because there were small pieces of cheese still on the meat patty, she asked for a freshburger and they finally got it right. My burger I asked for no ketchup, double cheese burger, they had ketchup on it and so Iasked for none, they then gave me my burger and I noticed the box had ketchup on the corners, they just changed the bun kepteverything else including the old box with ketchup on it....I felt really bad for the food runner, she was really trying and thecooking staff were just taking so many shortcuts and liberties. We just ended up leaving. The second time there we tried thedrive thru and it 's the same issue,minor changes like no sauce just weren 't met. We had to drive around while they corrected themistake. I dread this location because of such things. Not to be difficult but I don 't think I have a complex order when I go,just no ketchup or a plain burger.

Almost the entire staff seems to be 15 year olds on a Saturday night, but everyone is friendly and accommodating. My blizzard has always been made correctly and is always delicious. The drive through line is pretty much always backed up on Friday andSaturday nights, so go in expecting at least a half an hour time commitment to get through it

We went to this place for tasty frozen Blizzards and we were not disappointed. They had the tasty frozen Blizzards and we acquired exactly the tasty frozen Blizzards that we were seeking. One of our number was disappointed at the lack of Nutella, buthe enjoyed his Blizzard anyway. We highly recommend this place if you would like a delicious cold dessert after a nice walkoutside.

Me and two friends were eating burgers and we and my besties ate our burgers and the the 3rd friends showed us the mood he discovered and now Hours later I feel super sick before and after my nap. Plus one employee is always seems like she hates meand my friend even listening in our conversation. I wasn?t gonna say anything if wasn?t for hours later of eating it I alreadythrew up and feel super sick still
