I received half of... read more If you ask for extra rice and beans, they give you less than a normal portion as if the employee bought the ingredients with their own money. I received half of a meal. That was one of the meals, the other was a burrito that looks like it has been stepped on. Also, the rice is always stale. I’ve been to 3 locations in Utah and they are all like this, the state I recently moved from had no issues with any of their Chipotle location.

They also closed down the grill two hours before close and did not provide all that is offered on the menu. The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. The only redeeming quality was that the young man who checked us out was polite. The rest of the staff were horrible. Very poor customer service and experience. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

When I asked for forks in the utensils area, I was told they were unavailable until tomorrow. Honestly, Chipotle has really gone downhill. The portion sizes are small, and you end up paying $20 for a meal that isn't worth it.
