It was the current shift manager and she asked that the $1.99 one didn 't come with cheese, I pointed to the picture and words that day famous with cheese, in the #1 meal, and that we didn 't say without cheese. Then the person behind when they ordered said they were not a Karen , the cashier grinned. We won 't be back if we can help it if this is the kind of service intended by the managers and owners.

I sat in my car today for 10 minutes at the window before getting my order. While the staff clearly were goofing around. I had grumpy kids by the time I got my... read more I sat in my car today for 10 minutes at the window before getting my order. While the staff clearly were goofing around. I had grumpy kids by the time I got my food but I was patient and polite. There was me, two cars behind me and one car ahead of me thewhole time I was there and like two cars in the parking lot, so it wasn't like they were too busy. I got my food and left. I got4 cheese burgers which two were the wrong kind and they didnt give me my 3 piece chicken strips, large fry or any sauce. Theysaid my receipt was in the bag, but it wasn't. Needless to say I got home and had kids crying because they didn't get theirfood. I spent more then 10 minutes calling over and over until it went to the full voice mail. I didnt want to run with 4 kidsall the way back there without a receipt with no guarantee I would get the rest of my food. I would love my money back for thefood I didnt get. I will never go here again!!

Not only did I wait ten minutes to order while sitting at the order screen because she asked me to wait a moment while I watched almost all of the cars in the drive through clear out in front ofme. But when I paid she handed one of my three drinks I?d ordered before saying she?d be back with my food after about anotherten minutes she practically threw the food at me and told me to have a nice day. I asked her if I could get my other drinksplease and she goes oh yeah and hand me one I have to ask her an additional three times for my third drink before she gets it.Then I get home and I had ordered a 5 piece for myself they had put four and that saddest little crumb I?ve ever seen as my 5thpiece when I called to ask if we could have them remedy this and fix it in someway the same girl had answered I could tell byher rude tone of voice and sarcastic sorry about that) she could add the one piece I was missing if I went back. Thanks Carlajr. Fix your people.
