Café Zupas - Orem

My wife and i both love zupas, so we go fairly often. My favorite is the red pepper lobster soup with the turkey bacon avacado sandwich l, the toasted one. I also like the rolls and the strawberries. I generally don't order salads when i eat out because i think they are usually over priced, but if i did, i would get them from zupas. The staff at this particular zupas are exceptionally friendly.

It was 9pm, they close at 10pm, and we were told that our order had to be made Togo. We waited far too long to have our order taken while works stood around and didn't do anything. We watched our order get constructed, deconstructed, and reconstruced, right in front of us and then we waited entirely to long to pay for our order and leave. The unprofessionalisom and juvenile behavior is unacceptable

Update October 2022 I still love to eat at Cafe Zupas! I love their salads, I love their soups, and I love their sandwiches! (I just tried the Pumpkin Chorizo soup. It was amazing! I love their creme brulee (the Pumkin Spice Creme Brulee is my favorite , I love their pies, I have yet to try the rice krispie treats for their rock slide brownies but I'm sure they're just as good! We had a great experience at Zupas in Orem! Alaina helped us and went above and beyond. She was so friendly and upbeat. We appreciated the fast service and our food was very fresh. Will definitely go again!
