Black Bear Diner Colorado Springs Garden Of The Gods

First time here and I'd heard good things about it. However, I found the food and service was no better than somewhere like Denny's. They were quite slow even being only about half full and the food was okay, but nothing to write home about. I'd maybegive this place another shot, but it wouldn't ever be my first choice.

If you are wanting breakfast that is so delicious and leaves you feeling cozy, Black Bear Diner is the place to go. I was visiting from out of town and wanted something different from the same chain breakfast stops. My friend recommended this and itwas a great awakening. This location gives you a really cozy cabin feel when you walk in. The staff was very welcoming andhelped me to my seat very quickly. They were very in tune to when I needed help or refills. The menu is a tad overwhelming, butthe staff is very helpful when it comes to any questions you might have in regards to the options. I did order the bottomlesscold brew and I wasn?t too impressed but that didn?t stop me from enjoying the whole experience in itself. If you truly want afamily welcoming location with decently priced breakfast options, this is the place to go. Next time I?m in town, this is a goto place again.

If you want to go a little beyond breakfast for dinner, nothing beats Black Bear Diner! So much to choose from and EVERYTHING is AWESOME!!! This time I got Chicken Fried Steak Benedict- oh my gosh!!!! Soooooo good! Perfectly poached eggs with the mosttender tasty breaded steak cutlets on top, of course yummy English muffins and heavenly Hollandaise make it a true Benedict andthis place knows how to do it right! Everyone at my table got something different and everyone loved their meal! Specialshout-out to our fantastic server Cassandra who did a great job taking care of us all! She was friendly, efficient and alwaysthere at the right time for whatever we needed. Thanks so much Cassandra for your hard work and great service! We 'll be backsoon!

It was my first time at the Orem location, and I enjoyed the food quality much more than at a location in Sandy. The bacon was crunchy, the French toast was great, my wife liked the eggs Benedict, and the kids portion of the scrambled eggs with ham andcheese was huge. Everything was fresh and hot. We would go back and recommend this location.

Great service and even better food. I went with my grandparents and I got the Denver omlet. (Highly reccommended . My grandma got the chicken avocado sandwich. And my grandpa got the largest burger they had. We all loved our food and we will definitelybe going back there. (Also the food looks better in person than on camera. Try to get the server Eden. She gives spectacularservice!
