What Trent T dislikes about Arctic Circle:
The ice cream here is quite tasty, but it has become overly pricey. We ordered a few shakes and root beer freezes, but the spoons were too rough and ended up scratching our mouths while we were enjoying our treats. It was a letdown. View all feedback.
The fries were over done. My shrimp and fish basket was dry. At least the service was fast and friendly.
I asked for caramel cashew and all I got was vanilla with some cashews.
They gave me a coupon for free shake to make up for the wait and I was not upset the wait!:
We always love this place. But the ma ager should be taking her employees to the back when talking about the till being short. Not co fro ting them in front of customers very rude for the employee to have to be embarrassed in front of customers. She was not quite about the issue either.
Good food and nice staff, absolutely wild that the bathroom is outside though
