Today, I go to the walk up window to order a hot chocolate. I see a large cup wothout a lid with what looks like hot chocolate sitting by the cash register. After I order, the barista grabs the cup that has been sitting by the cash register and pours the content into the metal container. What HL doesn't like about The Human Bean:
Consistency is lacking, unfortunately. Sometime their lattes are foamy and other times they are scalding hot with no evidence of steamed milk. The drive through wait ended up being 20+ minutes while two walk-up customers came and went during that time. View all feedback.
Coffee is fantastic service excellence… They have a waffle sausage sandwich that is fantastic!

I went with a friend that loves the human Bean coffee and we both got a great drink I tried one the iced pumpkin flavors and it was delicious
