It would be great if one of the bartenders would occasionally check in with customers who aren't sitting at the bar to see if they need anything. As it is, you have to give up your seat to order a drink if you're not at the bar. In the meantime, people tend to linger and wait for you to stand up so they can swoop in and take your chair.
