Place is dirty outside, trash everywhere. Service was great.

Online order took 35 minutes longer than expected… people walk in and out because after waiting for a long time because the environment is slow…

Although they are very shorthanded, the crew here always provides fantastic customer service! The only reason the atmosphere is 4 stars is because of the location… South Lancaster has a lot of foot traffic from tweakers and emotionally disturbed individuals, some of which make their way into the lottery section of the restaurant. Truly a shockingly bad restaurant. It used to be pretty good but over the past couple of years I’ve been three times and each time the service has been unbelievably slow (as in literally two hours to get dinner) and food is served cold. The servers seem to be doing what they can but management seems to go out of their way to be aggressively rude to both staff and customers and are indifferent to the understaffing and incompetence. Our most recent trip was our last. We will not be back.
