Any time we visit Portland, Ruby Jewel is a must-visit. Their ice cream is superb, and they’re always kind and courteous. I appreciate the safety measures they’re taking while still providing incredible ice cream! Their sandwiches are brilliant. You can buy a pre-packaged one in many different flavors, or a featured flavor. My husband got lavender lemon and I got butterscotch oatmeal, and both were great! You won’t g... View all feedback.

Great ice cream and great atmosphere! They are only doing take out right now but it is great and there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy!
