Pizza Pit is the best pizza ever. I was thrilled to see Oregon has one in town, actually they have been there over 25 years that says something about Mr. White’s reputation. Thank you sir. I live in Rudolph, WI., and nowhere is therea Pizza Pit I’m simply devastated there is not one Up North. I said to the owner he should open one up by me, specificallyStevens Point, my old college town, the pizzas would be flying out the door!! Mr. White brings up a good point, where would Ifind help? Thats the billion dollar question that’s needs the billion dollar answer. Mr. White the pizza is amazing andbrought back some great memories to share, well with my cat tonight her name is Snowball, she is 17 years old. Everyone wassleeping so this was her time to be an opportunist. She took over the slice! May I add she’s a picky eater just the smellfrom the oven got her going. Thank you again Pizza Pit I would give you 10 stars if I could. Our pizza forgot the meat topping on it, and forgot our sauce. So we basically paid$30 for just a TINY cheese pizza and 4 breadsticks. Frozen pizza would be better than this. Very disappointed

I then called again 30 min later and they said it was out for delivery. The driver finally calls and said I’m in Brooklyn at ur house and I don’t livethere. I said I haven’t lived there in 3 years and I did not put that address down when I ordered online. I called and spokewith the manager who was completely rude and hung up on me. Our family was sick with covid and we are just waiting g for foodsince we couldn’t go anywhere. Pizza pit needs to realize the customer comes first this was not the first time they deliveredto our old address, fix ur process! Also maybe offer the customer a discount ?!? Will not be ordering from them again. Thedelivery driver was way more compassionate than his management. I suggest the management take a lesson from him.

It shouldn't take 45 minutes to make and deliver a sandwich, and then have that delivery be 20 minutes late on top of the 45 minute estimate. Especially when the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. Staff was rude when talked to on the phone.
