Pizza Pit - Oregon
Pizza Pit
Description
Pizza Pit, once a beloved local staple, is now experiencing a decline in quality, as evidenced by customer frustrations with both food and service. Patrons repeatedly mention issues such as missing items, delayed deliveries, and unkempt surroundings, detracting from the dining experience. While some still praise specific dishes like the Sausage Mushroom Melt and meatball subs, complaints about high prices and mediocre service are common. Despite a few positive remarks regarding friendly staff and prompt orders, many customers find themselves disillusioned and hesitant to return, seeking better value and experience elsewhere in Oregon’s pizza scene.

Ordered the gyro meal and the young girl said hey I can save u money and hook u up. So I pay 10.01 for gyro sandwich with a extra pita barely any meat and I tip the driver 10.01 before I opened the food assuming it was awesome. Then when I call themanager to complain I get 100 questions.
Amazing!! Pizza Pit is the best pizza I have ever had. I was excited to find out there is one in Oregon and that they have been there for over 25 years, which speaks to Mr. White's reputation. Thank you, sir. I live in Rudolph, WI, and I am disappointed that there is no Pizza Pit nearby. I suggested to the owner that he should open one in Stevens Point, my old college town, as the pizzas would be very popular there. Mr. White raised a valid point about finding help, which is a crucial question. The pizza was delicious and brought back some great memories to share with my cat, Snowball, who is 17 years old. She took over a slice because she couldn't resist the smell coming from the oven. Thank you again, Pizza Pit, I would give you 10 stars if I could. Tomorrow, my friends will enjoy the pizzas after their field work and they are looking forward to more take and bake options in the future. Best regards, Greenie (Lisa Wangsness) ????
I first called cause the delivery was 20 min late they said our food was still in the store. I then called again 30 min later and they said it was out for delivery. The driver finally calls and said I?m in Brooklyn at ur house and I don?t live there. Isaid I haven?t lived there in 3 years and I did not put that address down when I ordered online. I called and spoke with themanager who was completely rude and hung up on me. Our family was sick with covid and we are just waiting g for food since wecouldn?t go anywhere. Pizza pit needs to realize the customer comes first this was not the first time they delivered to our oldaddress, fix ur process! Also maybe offer the customer a discount ?!? Will not be ordering from them again. The deliverydriver was way more compassionate than his management. I suggest the management take a lesson from him.
A MAZ ING!! Pizza Pit is the best pizza ever. I was thrilled to see Oregon has one in town, actually they have been there over 25 years that says something about Mr. White’s reputation. Thank you sir. I live in Rudolph, WI., and nowhere is therea Pizza Pit I’m simply devastated there is not one Up North. I said to the owner he should open one up by me, specificallyStevens Point, my old college town, the pizzas would be flying out the door!! Mr. White brings up a good point, where would Ifind help? Thats the billion dollar question that’s needs the billion dollar answer. Mr. White the pizza is amazing andbrought back some great memories to share, well with my cat tonight her name is Snowball, she is 17 years old. Everyone wassleeping so this was her time to be an opportunist. She took over the slice! May I add she’s a picky eater just the smellfrom the oven got her going. Thank you again Pizza Pit I would give you 10 stars if I could. Tomorrow the fellas will chowdown the pizzas after doing field work and best of all they will be expecting more take and bakes in the future. Best, Greenie(Lisa Wangsness) ????
We get that they’re understaffed why it took a long time to get delivered, but if it’s gonna take an hour a half to delivery it they better get the order right. Our pizza forgot the meat topping on it, and forgot our sauce. So we basically paid$30 for just a TINY cheese pizza and 4 breadsticks. Frozen pizza would be better than this. Very disappointed
