I am new to the Salem area and in an effort to find my “go to” Mexican restaurant here I stopped in at LA FONDITA 2 last week. What a mistake! It was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I briefly glanced at the menu and figured I would order something simple that nobody could mess up. WRONG! Like a lamb to the slaughter, I ordered 2 crispy beef tacos and a burrito to go. Haven't been here in some time, but coming back was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Food is still amazing. I am all about their mole. It does not look impressive from the outside, but inside is a cozy place where I feel comfortable. View all feedback.

Went for the first time and won’t be last Greta food and service. I order the fried fish and I left only the bones. Loved it.
Demolished some enchiladas. The mole sauce was hotter than I expected, very tasty. Highly recommend, planning to come back whenever we're in the area.

Always awesome authentic Mexican food. The staff is makes you feel at home and the service is fast.
