A very simple place, but with great quality and affordable food, Hector’s Cocina is located in a historic shopping center. A free watermelon drink drove the wow factor home, considering its about 80% humidity at about 85 degrees. In any case, would recommend and would be happy to bring my friends here.

If you're looking for authentic this is the place you want to go in Oregon. Their food is amazing and the staff is friendly and it is just a really nice place to go... They also do take out as well and the food is always hot and fresh still when you get it home so you know it wasn't made way before hand and sitting around and then they just put it in a box and gave it to you.
