Awful customer service. Asked to speak to a manager, and was told to “call the number”. I asked that they provide me “the number” and was told its on the website. Called the number on the website while in the store, only for one of the people that had told me to call the number to answer and then tell me the name of the manager and how to reach him. I tried 5guys for the first time and honestly the hype is overrated. The burgers are subpar compared to the other fast food burger joints available.

Loved it!!! Must try at least once. Great gift card for Christmas
