Great place. Busy on a Saturday morning, but that's to be expected. Good service.

We stopped by for lunch and as usual, Elmer’s did not disappoint. However, accolades need to go to our customer service rep, Rachel. She was amazing, professional and her customer service exemplified. Check this place out for breakfast or lunch and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Rachel and have a win experience. Thank you Rachel. We’ll be back!

The hostess was a.... hmmm..RUDE! The waitress was beautiful and sweet! The chowder was delicious!

I usually enjoy Elmer's in Eugene so we figured this would be a safe bet on a mini road trip. Boy were we wrong. I asked the waitress for her thoughts between two dishes. She curled her nose up before hesitantly saying the stuffed hash browns. My travel buddy ordered chicken fried steak breakfast.
