Diane's taco salad is the most delicious one I've eaten in the area. When I've visited other restaurants the tortilla shell comes out greasy and cardboard like. Or, the taco salad had some weird kind of sauce mounded on top of it melting the cheese and diminishing it to nothing, frying the lettuce underneath and wilting it and turning the entire salad into a big gloppy mess.
