I go to this Dutch Bros every single day! (Sometimes multiple times a day… . They have never once gotten my order wrong.. and they are extremely quick and thorough when making the drinks. They even have gotten to know me as well as my friends drinks, so whenever we pull up they know what we want!! They are extremely friendly and are amazing people! What Brittney Heise doesn't like about Dutch Bros Coffee:
If you like MILK flavored ice, hardly any flavor at all, and lack of espresso or bitter drinks, this is your spot. They pre-make the shots, and if shots sit, they are bitter....the service is way too slow, they have a lot of their 'friends ' come through the line and hold it up, oh, and they raised their prices if you haven 't noticed. I 'll take my business elsewhere, to a LOCAL coffee shop here in Salem, not DB View all feedback.
It was a couple of days after my wife's birthday and they still offered her a free drink. What more can I say?
Love this location. Staff is friendly and quick. Line is almost always long but moves so never have to wait long
So spoiled to get free coffee on my birthday from such friendly baristas!
I love this location the inside is very inviting and great for quick business meetings. The staff is always friendly.
Hot chocolate here is excellent — the best. Coffee is not so good. I never go there for coffee, but their hot chocolate is a treat
