Little food cart right off the highway, food is to die for!! All ingredients are fresh and REAL. everything is seasoned perfectly, no need for extra salt. All the sauces they give you blend all the flavors together. The pork is tender and high quality. I’d recommend this place to anyone who enjoys lots of veggies and a Thai/Hawaiian style. Big Blue Thai BBQ is Outstanding. I was lured over to Big Blue by simply driving by smelling the aroma that wafted out from that tiny blue food trailer. I met the owner Ray his lovely wife and now I go out of my way whenever I'm in Salem to grab a bite to eat. I bring a friend along when I can so they can experience the same enjoyment that I do.
