Wendy's - Oregon City

Cold food. Small portions. O.C. Location is going on a slow decline.

They were nice taking my order and even at the window when I was having a lot of problems on giving them the right amount and even after several times of me asking him the amount that I needed. Ty

The order was not complete. 1 out 3 burgers was not fresh. 2 out of 3 were missing items that come on the burger. I ordered the fries well done and they were heat lamp warm and stale. We go to this Wendy's because the food is always good. This was a huge disappointment. The only reason I am posting this is because this is the 2nd time in a row the Pretzel triple burger didnt come with a pretzel bun.

Went in for for breakfast before 10:30. We saw them switching the signs to the lunch menu. We tried asking them multiple times about how we still had time for breakfast and if they were switching to lunch. They completely ignored us. Finally I said it 's OK we don 't exist and they Finally acknowledged us and said they were no longer serving breakfast because they had no more food.

The absolute worst Wendy's I've been to! Every time I go to this location my portions are all not consistent. The burgers are wrapped up as if a child wrapped them and the staff is very unprofessional. I understand this is a fast food place but that's the problem with these type of places nowadays they don't hold themselves to any standards and its despicable.
