What User doesn't like about Sushi Valley:
I'll eat NIE in this so-called ?sushi again. The woman who runs the show is extremely unprofessional, unprofessional and super FAKE! The food is terrible, low quality. When she woke me up, she picked me up and had no explanation about my record charges. Lion King Roll was perfect as usual. Thanks Ping and your excellent crew! My son loves the Gyoza and Edamame, also the deep fried Kama salmon! I feel like someone could have complained about some things and stopped complaining. I'm sorry you felt that they were rude, but they try to work quickly :p
Came in 10 minutes after opening and they were very accommodating and the sushi was super fresh. When I sat for a long meal, the selection grew and the rolls were just better. I started eating here during the closing and I'm so glad to see her again personally.
This is my favorite sushi track. Everything is super fresh! Always a friendly welcome as you enter. They also make sure to stop and ask if you want to special order something.
Nice rotating plate selection. Can order items not on rotation. Interesting rolls, many Krab based. Went for Friday lunch and was not busy. Menu seems to have changed over the past few years. Tuna, salmon, eel, mackerel ordered and we're very good. Spicy tuna was bang ?
I had ordered online and picked up my own food and when I got home and opened it up I noticed that I had received broken sushi and it looked like they had thrown the deep fried sushi just into the box. It wasn't even set in there like decently and so I called to just make a statement about what had happened. The order was already paid for and I wasn't able to go back to the store and replace it so that was fine. I wasn't wanting a refund or anything like that. I just wanted to let the employees know that they should be checking on whoever is putting the food in the bags to pack them and making sure that customers aren't receiving literal broken pieces of sushi when I'm paying full price so I called to speak to somebody about it and after explaining the situation she was very very short with me on the phone seemed quite irritated that I had even called to explain what had happened and turn around and actually hung up on me which is why I am now leaving this review because that was just extremely unprofessional. I myself work in customer service and I would never do that to a paying customer. I am highly disappointed because this is been a favorite sushi spot of mine for years and this is the worst treatment I have ever received from this location and I'm honestly not sure if I'm going to be back.
