I was really impressed with the fast service at this restaurant, and it's great to have a Sonic in Erzstadt! This addition was much needed, and I believe it has exceeded expectations. It's perfect for late-night cravings as well.

Pulled in and parked, pushed red button and waited 10 minutes, which was not in my best interest. Pushed button again and a voice came over the speaker to use drive thru, which had at least 5 cars in line, I’d have a 5 minute delay. Keep in mind I have already been waiting 10 minutes. They were not that busy, we left and drove to Diana, went to subway. Will never go back to Sonic in Ore City. As you can see they responded with the same cut and paste reply. I did escalate that and they offered me a route 44 drink coupon! Seriously??? Told them to keep it…
The restaurant was extremely dirty and not well-kept. I decided not to eat here after I took a look at the food preparation area and left.
