I visited the drive-thru late one night and ordered a southwest crispy chicken salad. I have ordered this dish many times at other locations. I visited the drive-thru late one night and ordered a southwest crispy chicken salad. I have ordered this dish many times at other locations. I drove 15 minutes back home only to discover that the salad I received was not southwest as requested, and I was still charged for it. I was very disappointed. It seemed more like a side salad with only 2 pieces of chicken, and they even gave me the wrong dressing. It's frustrating to see so many Jack in the Box locations in the area consistently getting orders wrong.
I am never disappointed by this Jack in the Box. The food and prices are worth it every time.
