Th... read more I placed a special Cookie order for 40 Red Heart Sugard Cookies (w/ white Xs). These are treats for 4 kids, 12 grands, 13 greats,1 great-great-granddaughter. These family members haven't seen their Dad or Papa Tom for over 3.5 years (2 he's never seen) since the Pandemic and then Jeart Surgery. They will all LOVE these special Cookies. Immediately I was intrigued by all the packaged good- gr... read more Came for a coffee after lunch at The Homestead, which I was informed was a sister business to this one. Immediately I was intrigued by all the packaged good- grabbed a 4 each lemon drop/small muffiny things with an icing- a peanut butter brownie and a mocha cake. As I always do at a new place, I plead confused so the drinks need to be explained to me.and I was impressed- several staff jumping in to explain drinks and their favorites , I choose a blended caramel something- and it was perfection for my drive home! The lemon things were scrumptious- I will always include these in my treats pick up. The brownie was, at my doing, served refrigerator cold, so the flavors were not there. Next time I must remember to take out BEFORE dinner. The mocha cake was OUTSTANDING. I am stoked to have stumbled on this place- and am horrified to now have to share my loyalty to Gina’s Piece of Cake with Cups Crumbles! Viva Orcutt!

Take out available or dine-in inside as well as outdoor patio seating out back. Mornings are definitely busy... but that's a great sign. Friendly staff and quick service, even with a room full of customers. Our first time in Orcutt and when down in the area again in the future, we will make a trip back to C&C for sure!

My only suggestion for it, I would use larger bacon pieces. The one I had the bacon was too granular for me. Oh, don't forget to check out the tarts, macaroons and lemon scones. Prices are very reasonable. Their is a heated patio in back and very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit.

Unfortunately, that is where the good service stopped. 1 of our 2 orders were brought to the table and ten minutes later, we had to go to the kitchen to check on the other. It had to be remade. After it arrived both meals were good but one was cold. This visit gets a 1 but we may try again. Good luck.
