Tim Hortons - Orchard Park

I’m really surprised this restaurant is still in business. It’s obvious that the management is struggling, and the pandemic can’t be blamed for it anymore. Every time we go, they seem to be out of basic items. For example, we visited at 8 AM on a Saturday, and they had run out of hash browns and had a very limited variety of donuts. Sean at the drive-thru provided poor customer service; he really needs to remember to mute his microphone when discussing customers. When I asked about the available menu items, he reacted defensively and with sarcasm.

This was easily the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. It took about five minutes just to place my order. When my food finally arrived, I noticed I only received 4.5 hash brown sticks. I would recommend saving your money and opting for Wendy's instead.

The staff at this restaurant seems very friendly, primarily made up of young college students. The atmosphere is enjoyable, creating a charming small-town feel, particularly with a Wendy's right next door. In terms of food and drinks, they're sourced from Tim Hortons, so you know what to expect. All in all, it's a nice spot with some delicious options.

This place sucks. I asked for a bagel not toasted with cream cheese. I got one burnt with the tiniest bit of cream cheese. Asked for cream and sugar for coffee, got no sugar. Try listening to your customers.

I stopped in to get a breakfast sandwich at 1:15pm and there was no line ?.three people there one lady at the drive thru window one lady taking orders and the young man making the orders waited five minutes no one turned around and looked at me said not a word and I went next-door to Wendy?s bad for business
