It is the best of all cold stones in the buffalo area and around West New York. It's the only one I saw here that used the points on free stuff I thought was cool. This is the best Cold Stone location in the Buffalo area and throughout Western New York. It’s the only one I found that offers points for free items, which I think is a great feature. The staff is mostly made up of high school and college students, and they are friendly and capable. One aspect I really appreciate is that their cookie dough mix-ins are actually cookies, unlike the chips served at the Cold Stone in Hamburg or Sonic in Cheektowaga. They play a lot of popular hits, which is enjoyable. The surroundings are lovely as well; Orchard Park is a beautiful area and one of the best spots in Western New York.
This is one of my favorite places! There's something about her ice cream that leaves an aroma lingering in your mind long after you leave. I generally try to eat healthy 90% of the time, but if you're looking to indulge or have a "cheat day," this is the place to go. I usually stick with the KOFFEE LOVERS ONLY specialty (which I absolutely love!), but this time I decided to try the MINT MINT CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP. It did not disappoint!
I encountered an issue with a poor delivery driver hired by DoorDash, but this restaurant handled the situation exceptionally well. Their customer service was outstanding, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious!
This was my first time at Cold Stone Creamer this place was clean and really nice service and the ice cream was incredibly good. Definitely would go back there
The cake batter is delicious. And everything else really. Expensive but sooo worth it!
