Osmow's Shawarma - Orangeville

Am a regular, but was upset when I made a simple request for extra garlic sauce and was met with a questionable raised eyebrow and eye roll. I enjoy my food saucy, it’s not your job to judge someone for how they like their food. Even tipped them and was still met with the attitude- mind you, no thank you was given for the tip. Regardless, I was just sad as my dad loves this place and it’s frustrating when it takes me a good minute to work up the courage to request something, and then given attitude :(Not a nice experience

I see so many reviews about service that I was compelled to write mine. I usually order through online delivery from here but yesterday went in person. The lady at the counter was warm and smiling they did mix up my order in terms of the size (which tbh I was fine with they charged me accordingly) but that lady owned up to the mistake and made it up. It was really busy at their place but kudos to her for going that extra mile.

Read the other 1 star reviews and can confirm that I’ve had the same bad experiences with this location. It’s really sad because Osmows was one of my favourites in my old city, but Orangeville’s Oswmos location is so awful. I was shocked by how rude the woman working was. I had placed an order for pickup, about an hour later when I was told that it would be ready to pick up I arrived and they hadn’t started it yet. The restaurant was empty and the employees were sitting at a table. I didn’t put up a fuss at all as I’m very quiet and scared of confrontation. I was very polite towards them and have them the benefit of the doubt the whole time, but after reading these other reviews I felt like I had to share my experience as well. They acted inconvenienced that they had to make my order, so after their break they carelessly threw everything into a box and aggressively handed it to me. I’m so disappointed because I really want to like this place.

They always treat me like a friend. Love the food. They remove the onions for me ; I love the arabic music to listen while I wait. Brings back good memories: Vegetarian options: FelafelDietary restrictions: Low carb option chicken salad

This location is the best Osmow's I've ever eaten at. I will eat here every time I'm in Orangeville. Very impressed how the owners elevated the menu here.
