It took about 10 minutes to get my order ri... read more Went to Orangeville KFC to pick up 2 piece chicken and fries, and would like coleslaw on the side to pay extra for.. It took about 10 minutes to get my order right from a new girl that did not know what she was doing. Got the chicken, asked if coleslaw was there, she said NO, so I told her to forget it. Got the machine for paying bill, it ask me what I would like to TIP. WHEN DID KFC WANT TIPS. This is Orangeville not Toronto. This is not a waitress looking after me at a sit down restaurant. Train your girls better.

They gave me my order, I... read more I ordered 3 piece filet dinner, with no additional extras, they kept asking me if I wanted pepsi, repeatedly I responded with ice tea. They gave me my order, I accepted without question as I assumed they hot it right. I get home it's a 3 piece meal, cold fries I checked tge chicken, saw alot more pink than I care to see in my chicken. Huge disappointment. Go to take a sip of my ice tea and can only describe it as a mixture of carbonated water ice tea and pepsi, as it was way too dark to be ice tea. How do you utterly screw up such a simple order, I won't be going back....EVER.

A... read more Many have noted that thighs and the breast keel are now half the size but prices have stayed same. So a 3 piece is now 33% smaller. Fries were dry, cool yuck. All the pieces were greasy but not moist. Coating was a mushy mess and all salt. Do they do 11 herbs and spices anymore. Very sad decline of a once great fried chicken! Way too many combos of this and that. Hope KFC goes back to its roots. Folks would pay more for it.

I have fond memories of KFC from my childhood, but the quality has deteriorated. It now just seems like low-quality junk food that is overly oily. Perhaps it's time for the KFC franchise to consider some changes.

I ordered 10 hot wings, but they were served to me within 2 minutes even though the cashier had said it would take 7 minutes. The hot wings were very tough and clearly not fresh. Why should we waste money on food that isn't prepared properly? I will never be returning to this store.
