Zaxby's - Orangeburg

In the toilet on the way in and found it in the need of attention. TP on the whole floor and overflowing garbage can. Not a good first impression. The rest of the restaurant seemed clean and the service was quick and friendly. I had the Buffaloed Blue Salad that was delicious. It had beautiful pieces of blue cheese in it.

I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. It was right on time and hot when I arrived. There was a bit of confusion with my order, but the manager quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The staff was very friendly, and the front of the restaurant was clean. The chicken offerings were excellent, and the fries were outstanding with a generous amount of seasoning.

I visited Zaxby's for the first time, and despite the crowd, the service was impressively quick. They provided me with plenty of napkins, ketchup, and ranch dressing to take home. The highlight of my meal was definitely the chicken wings; they were delicious with a perfectly crispy skin.

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of food, along with excellent salads. Parking is sufficient, and the management appears dedicated to providing quality food and service. The staff at the register are generally friendly. Overall, it's one of the better fast food choices at this exit, and I find myself dining there approximately once a week.
