There was 3 ladies at the window that were talking bad about the customers that would go to the window when I got there, one of them sayed “YOU gotta get out the car because I not reaching out”. The car couldn’t get any closer so I had to get out and lady snatched the money out my hand. Worst service ever, Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Waited 23 minutes for my food inside. They were not busy or short staffed. Nothing specific on the order total was just under 25 dollars. No excuse for the wait.
Says they're open til two, when they're not. Always one excuse after the other why you can't get food. Took my money off the app and told us they were closed until 5. Never again.
Literally had our server randomly walk away in the middle of ordering. Bathroom floor was covered in urine and paper towels. Counters were disgusting. Overall worst fast food place and experience I have ever had.
Terrible customer service. I called to ask about an order and they hung up on me.
Can't leave ratings for either Wendy's we visited in Orangeburg because we couldn't place an order at either one.
