What User doesn't like about Sitar Palace:
My wife and I went to the lunch buffet at 1 o'clock today for the first time. We had to serve ourselves and only found 2 meat dishes available - chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani out of 8. There were only 4 pieces of chicken biryani, which we took. The chicken tikka had no flavor. I ordered onam sadhya to get out, pickup was scheduled for 12 o'clock. I have ordered my order by 2 o'clock on a delivery car with the food not even in the paper bags. absolutely terrible chaotic supplies. very disappointed. I must admit that eating was hot and good
We ordered the Onam Sadhya a few days ago for today. They said the food would come by 11:30. Instead it came at 1:50. They had very small portions and no banana leaf. The food was okay but it wasn't worth the wait and money.
It delivers the worst service. The guys at the restaurant lack in delivering better customer service. Inferior quality meat is used for non veg dishes.
Sitar Palace was one of the good Indian restaurants but after the pandemic restaurant has lost it’s taste. I am not sure if they have lost their good chefs or they are just compromising in quality but it was very disappointing. This is the second time we ordered food from Sitar Palace and both times we felt like we waisted all our money.
Have been ordering from Sitar Palace for years. Feels like being home in Kerela! Could not recommend their food more.
