Excellent experience. Granted, it's a Cicis pizza and not a gourmet pizza, but it's one of the best running CiCi's that I've been for a long time. The building is very fresh and new and clean, they did a great task to stop everything on the buffet line and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this for your family! View all feedback.
What Maureen Russel doesn't like about Cicis:
It was okay. Empty, very strange business 3 different doors only 1 opened it was raining and it was the one accessible without parking. It was a little dirty. Pizzas were old and hard. View all feedback.
Food was very good and they did everything you want when they did not have it on the buffet and the place was really clean and the people are really nice
Cheap quick good. Mild wing sauce stinks, no taste, so had to get a dollop of the hot, but they were just right after that.
Owners are always very nice every time I see them. And quality of food never disappoints.

I went to Cicis Pizza with a party of 7 on Sat around 9:30 -9:45. When we walked in the young lady came to me and said, I’m just passing the message on but if you stay you will only have 10-15mins to eat. I was appalled! I asked may I speak with the manager she said they wasn’t there. I asked who told her that, she pointed at a gentleman. I said is he the on-duty manager, she stated no…Come to find out he is the cook. Just to clarify I spoke with him and he said at 10pm everything will be put away, no more food will be cook even if we are in there. I was horrified, I couldn’t believe what he was telling me. I’m like so although we were in here before closing, we would have to eat old food, you won’t cook us anything and at 10 if we are still in here, everything will be put away? He stated, yes! So, basically, we didn’t eat at Cicis and had to take our business somewhere else. Very disappointing, hurtful and shocked. Bella Patel, manager of Cicis, this is not how to run a food business and keep the doors open. It was unsatisfying. You need to manage your staff because if this is policy to turn customers down or serve old food things need to change ASAP!
