What Arch Paucek likes about China Buffet:
They got better a few years ago. There were years back where food was dried out and they leave too long on the buffet bar. They do not cook to order, but take off the buffet bar. But NOW...... will come back frequently in the last few months and their food has definitely improved. There are rice fresher as well as other ingredients such as shrimp and pork.
