This place has improved significantly, and we're really impressed! The service has been fantastic lately, and our orders have been accurate and well-prepared. Since we don't eat meat, we often faced issues in the past where they would accidentally include meat instead of beans. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I ordered four hard tacos with double meat and cheese for my children, but when I got home, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with what I received. It made me sad to see my kids only eating taco shells because there was hardly any filling in the tacos. I had to go somewhere else to make sure they were actually eating. View all feedback.
I ordered on Doordash, $32 for 8 pack of burritos, tacos and other stuff. This food arrived cold and not $32 worth of food honestly. Makes matters worse Doordarsh only gave me back $9 !!!!
I really enjoy Taco Bell, and I appreciate that the employees do their best, even though they are often short-staffed. They tend to close the dining area early, and there's usually a long line. However, the food was good, and my order was correct, so I'll take my wins where I can!
The food is as you would expect from any tbell no complaints there. But every time I've been there they have a employee outside taking orders. I guess there intercoms are messed up somehow. I feel bad for the employee that has to stand there in all blackfor hours out of the day. Corporate should really get that fixed. It would probably improve drive through time as well. That'sall. If you work at this tbell thank you for the great food and service!
After being away for a couple of years, I decided to give the Taco Bell drive-thru another shot, hoping to receive my order correctly this time. To my dismay, when I got home, I discovered that 2 out of the 10 items I had ordered and paid for were missing! It seems that many fast food restaurants are struggling with service quality lately. You really need to step up your game. Perhaps I'll give it another try in a few years.
The customer service was pleasant, and the staff member was very polite. However, in our group of four, three of our orders were incorrect. We didn't double-check our receipts or our food before leaving because I assumed everything was correct since he had read the order back to me. When we got back to work and discovered the wrong items in our bags, I checked my receipt and confirmed that it was indeed incorrect. The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is because of the nice and polite service we received.
