What User doesn't like about Planet Smoothie:
I have placed an order online and went to pick it up just to find that the store was closed. It was a Sunday afternoon in regular hours. No signs at the door or notice that they would be closed. I called and went inside to ask for a refund several times, just to say that no one on the staff had the authority to do this. I wanted to call the manager. I'm usually not a smoothie drinker. I went through a time when swallowing even water was painful, but I had to eat something else. This place was much better than Smoothie King (2stars). I liked Tropical Smoothie Cafe (5stars) better than that. I'm looking forward to eating real food soon.
