The food at this restaurant is usually good, but I can't help but wonder why it takes so long every time. They always make you move forward or to different parking spots. This is because if you wait at the drive-thru for more than 3 minutes, the corporate office gives them a low rating for being too slow. Some of the employees are nice, but others can be rude. The food at this restaurant is usually good, but I can't help but wonder why it takes so long every time. They always make you move forward or to different parking spots. This is because if you wait at the drive-thru for more than 3 minutes, the corporate office gives them a low rating for being too slow. Some of the employees are nice, but others can be rude. Today, I ordered a bottle of water, ice cream, and a large fry and waited almost 10 minutes. There have been other times where I've waited 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru. I think I'll start going to the location in Deland from now on.
