Good is never warm anymore. Fries normally cold. I got a big Mac one time with only meat and bun ?? Just not what it used to be

The employees here are absolute trash and unprofessional. Literally just wanted a coffee and your employees are seriously such trash
I came through drive thru at 10:15 pm and Nathan in back cash sucked. Horrible customers service and he answered his phone while taking my payment . SMH get it
