Because this place is next to my house, I have no choice but to use them. The staff is horrid if they don't have what you ordered they give you something farfetched or nothing at all. Instead of calling, I know they can reach out and choose not to. Can't refer to anything because they never have anything. View all feedback.

Went to order a small coffee. They said the new “small” was a medium and they don’t serve smalls anymore. I go to DD at least once a week. She said this has been going on a couple months. Not interested in being charged for medium. View all feedback.
Absolutely insane how long you have to wait to be greeted let alone take a single order for one coffee. They take ONE order ONE car at a time. They will not take another order until the car in front of u is GONE smh if you're in any rush, this isn't the spot for you
I LOVE MY DUNKIN BUT THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!! THEY CAN ONLY DO A SINGLE CAR AT A TIME! MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL WHEN YOUR STAFFED. IM IN THE INDUSTRY MYSELF AND WOULD BE COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE IF IT WAS ONE PERSON TAKIN ORDERS, MAKING THEM AN CASHING OUT BUT THAT ISN'T THE CASE HERE. THEY ARE LEGIT SLOW AS MOLASSES. ITS VERY AGGRAVATING!!!!
I normally don’t have a problem with this location, however this morning was an exception. The lady who took my order at the drive thru I don’t know if she is hearing impaired or wasn’t listening. After having to repeat myself twice on everything, I unfortunately still got a drink I cannot drink due to my health. I have a heart condition that doesn’t allow me to have caffeine, I asked for decaffeinated for that reason. I should have looked at the cup before I pulled off but I assumed she heard. It wasn’t until I felt my heart rate going up I looked at the cup and it said “original” on the label. Now I’m stuck with coffee I can’t have $5 down the drain) and a very uncomfortable feeling in my chest. I would like to add I didn’t drink the whole cup, I got maybe 1/4 of the way done with it. When I tried to call the store no one answered the phone. This could have turned into a medical emergency if I kept drinking the drink. My advice for this store is have someone at the window who can actually hear or pay attention while doing their job.
I go there everyday and spend a lot. So today I go to the drive through and wanted to order my grand daughter a small coco like I always do and today they tell me they can not serve me a small coco and has to be a medium or large. I was like I get that every day they said oh well we can if u come inside. So first they can’t then they can. So they make me wait in line at drive threw then come come inside. Then as I’m getting donuts the turn the frosting donuts upside down in the bad like I have gotten a few times before. This is bad service and knowing I come every single day. I will take my business elsewhere now.
Drinks are always different. It is hit or miss with this one, unfortunately. I hope it gets better . It used to be.
