Is it a first-class food? No, this is Cicis. It's all you can eat, good enough pizza and it's pretty expensive. It is a great place to eat lunch or bring your hungry children. View all feedback.
What Armando Reinger doesn't like about Cicis Pizza:
Why not? I order online? You have taken the opportunity to order the delivery by Uber isst. Even if I try to order after picking up the line, does not work. I will not go and order a pizza go and wait if any other place I can order online for pickup / pickup or call ahead for pickup. I thought they were closed because NOTHING worked. But no, they're open. View all feedback.
I was excited to see a CiCi's restaurant here, as I haven't eaten at one since the late 90's. It was Friday night at 5:00 p.m. when my group of 4 adults came for the buffet and ordered some wings for later. There were hardly any pizzas on the buffet, despite there being only 10 to 15 total customers in the restaurant. When I tried to get a salad, there wasn't enough for both my wife and me. The kids ended up eating the small pizzas that were available. Fresh pizzas were brought out to the bar 10 minutes later, but unfortunately, the young lady making them was playing with her hair and scratching her nose right over the pizzas. At that point, we decided to leave. When my boys asked about the wings we ordered, I had to get the attention of the young lady to cancel the order and get me a refund. It was easy to cancel because she never entered the order into the kitchen. The manager processed my refund and offered a full refund for our meal, acknowledging that the employee was new(ish). After reading previous reviews, I believe the owner must make some changes to the management and staff. The shift manager was on his phone instead of managing the restaurant, and it would be beneficial for everyone to learn proper food handling techniques through resources such as YouTube, even if Florida does not require a food handling course.
The food was average at best. Cutting anything was difficult with the plastic utensils provided. Water is only offered for purchase. The restaurant seemed clean overall. I may consider returning, but it wouldn't be a priority.
Yesterday I took my grandson to this restaurant and was disappointed by the lack of fresh pizza on the buffet. The noodles were scarce and overcooked, with no sauce. The dressing was warm and unappetizing. The arcade games were either broken or not functional, so my grandson couldn't play. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning. The pizza was unappetizing and there were only one or two slices available on the buffet despite there being 14 of us.
It was extremely busy, but it was Pi Day and they were having an extremely great deal on their adult buffet. There was a little bit of a wait to get in, once we got in there were no tables available or the ones that were not occupied still needed to be cleaned! After waiting a few moments for at least one table to be cleaned I realized there was only one guy working the floor and he was doing his best to keep up, so I cleared off a table until he could make his way over to sanitize it. I don 't understand why several parties had to wait for tables to be clean when there was at least 3 to 4 people behind the buffet. The one person was barking orders around to the guy who was doing his best to keep up with the floor, asking him to to this or that. The person should have either done it themself or helped clear tables so customers could be seated instead of lined up waiting. As for the pizza... there was never any! Yes, I realize it was busy and we got a great deal, but this has been a problem here the last couple of times we have went. There is never any pizza on the bar! You spend more time waiting than actually getting to eat. I will say one thing that has been consistent is, Chris, he does an amazing job! You can really tell he takes pride in his job and works really hard. He is very kind, keeps the dirty plates from piling up, and just really cares that you are having a good experience while dining. That boy deserves a promotion!
Update 2: Be warned! The good reviews are employees. Read and see who the real reviews actually are. This place needs to be visited by the health department at this point. Fire everyone. Plus that Alexis and Josh review are employees trying to save face. Roach issues, dirty restaurant, employees breaking health code constantly, cursing employees on phone, it 's a terrible terrible place and I need everyone to take caution. Have reported to corporate it 's that bad. Wait until you see everyone cover up the roach problem Disgusting place. Old and stingy. The workers made it their playground. Food was the redeeming quality which you can imagine is not saying much. Update: I 've been back, since I 'm a glutton for punishment. I cannot believe a select few of their employees still have a job there. There 's a crew that is the absolute worst. Did you guys take care of the roach problem yet?!! Look at the tables in these pictures. They were all just sitting around Lollygagging as if it was, once again, it was their playground. Every table had trash that was probably sitting their for hours and the bin with dirty plates was toppling over.
