Chilis - Orange City

The staff was friendly and professional. Our waitress, Kat, was a joy to interact with and had a lovely, contagious smile. The Big Bacon Burger I ordered was so large that I had to cut it into smaller pieces, but it was incredibly delicious. The fries were also fantastic.

We went on a busy night, but I did go online and put our name on the wait list. The place was packed when we got there, but there were only 3 people in front of us until we were seated. My husband was worried that the food was going to take forever, and that the service would be bad. Boy was he wrong! Our server was very busy, poor woman had sweat beading her forehead when she greeted us. She seemed a little new, but she was great! Very personable and attentive. The food didn't take long either. We were seated by the kitchen and I could hear the expo lady busting out orders. The kitchen was doing so well because it had a great leader. When other restaurants in the area get busy, the food takes forever. Not this place! Oh! And everything tasted great!

The inside of the restaurant was clean and the food was good. The waitress was attentive. However, the exterior of the restaurant needs some wood replaced in several areas. I noticed this while waiting for my pickup order a few times.

The food was excellent. I tried the Big Bacon BBQ Burger, which was delicious, though it could have used a bit more BBQ sauce. The waitress was attentive and pleasant.

She seemed new, but she was fantastic! She was very personable and attentive. The food came out quickly. We were seated near the kitchen and I could hear the chef calling out orders. The kitchen ran smoothly because they had a great leader. In other busy restaurants, food can take forever, but not here! And everything tasted delicious!
