Burger King - Orange City

Place is super dirty and I wait 5 min to get just a medium coke this places is

I never ever write bad reviews on any business, but I had to write something about this place. I absolutely love BK and always seek it out because it is so much better than McDonald's! In this case, I've had multiple bad experiences with this location in particular...well, there is one more, but this one is worse! I've gotten burned by this place a few times by wrong orders, cold food, or missing items. This last time, I happened to be right next door getting a haircut, so I figured I would be ok just getting a Dr Pepper and that's all. I actually went inside and ordered the drink, 2 large fries, and an order of nuggets. They must've had 7 or 8 employees there and it was a Friday just after lunch, yet it took them a while to see that I was at the counter ready to order, then took em 14 minutes to get me the order. To top it off, their drink machine was limited to a couple drinks, mostly diet. I wanted a Dr P, but settled for a Diet Coke. I tried it and it was very watered down. I asked the employee if they had any Dr P at the drive thru window and they did (they are usually out of ice or the drink uou want). I couldn't understand why it took so long to get my order as I was the only customer in the restaurant. I figured this food was probably going to be extra hot since they probably had to throw a batch in because there wasn't enough. Nope. I left, pretty disappointed once again, and sure enough, the fries were just warm. I don't get it. Their main competition, McDonald's, is directly across the street from them and they screw up so badly. How??? Again, I love BK, but I won't be going to this place anymore. I know it won't make a difference, but just a warning to future patrons, you're going to be disappointed. Check to see if your order is correct before you leave that drive-thru. Sorry to post this, but it's just bad. Honestly, the employees have been nice, but everything else is plain bad.

Currently in the restaurant. Music is so loud my ears hurt. They keep playing with the volume. They do this when don't want anyone in the lobby. Everytime I come here there's only 1 competent employee that works, and it's the young girl upfront. The other ladies are unprofessional and use foul language in front of customers. Some even sit in the lobby playing on their phones instead of finding something productive to do. It's always the day crew.
