Had a free vanil... read more The most delicious oysters that I ever had. Nice view and ambiance. Watch the boat passing by and the great blue heron was perfect for my bday. Had a free vanilla cup cake to ????. Wonderful. The fresh catch of the day was cooked too dry and theshrimp in my pasta was overcooked and less flavored.

It ended up taking around an hour and a half to... read more My family visited Cobalt while vacationing in Orange Beach. We had a long wait due to not making a reservation. It ended up taking around an hour and a half to get a table. It was worth the wait as this was one of the best meals we've had while in thearea. My wife and I both went with the grilled swordfish, while the kids opted for pizza. The swordfish was in the top five ofthe best fish we've ever had. The kids said the pizza was good, and they enjoyed the bread as well. The service was excellentand you have some great views. This is definitely somewhere that we will return to and try more of their food. We highlyrecommend giving them a shot.

The wedge salad my husband had was the best wedge salad either of us has ever eaten! The Firecracker Shrimp appetizer was delicious as well. My husband had the Shrimp FraDiavolo for his meal. I had the Shrimp and Grits with a side of Parmesan Risotto. Both meals were wonderful. My risotto wasamazing!!! Despite my objection, my husband chose for us to sit inside because of the heat. The outside patio is amazingthough!! We were there around midday so it wasn't busy out there yet. I loved how you could watch the boats and the pelicans.It's just an atmosphere that makes you feel good! I would definitely recommend!!!

My wife and girls had 3 different kinds of pizza. If you are in Orange Beach, you should definitely checkit out.

Unfortunately the table next to us had 2 very unruly boys maybe 10 years who were jumping around and really loud. The parents did not address the problem. I think I heard one waitress ask if there was something she could do. Normally Ilove being around children but this was a different experience.
