Outback Steakhouse - Orange

I had a little problem with the order I had placed for the delivery and had to call back to talk to a manager. Wayne went beyond and beyond to fix the problem and pick me up. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is always very friendly. I was very impressed by Wayne and the professionalism he showed in managing the situation. Next time, I submitted an order with another manager named Zaneta, who was as friendly, professional and accommodating. Very impressive staff. I recommend this restaurant.

After almost 8 hours drive in the car it was a great stop for dinner. Our waitress was so friendly. The kitchen accidentally sent the wrong side for my meal, but when I mentioned it, she had the right side to me in a few minutes. The mac n cheese bites were like Gooey skies. When I asked for a middle rare main rib, I was told that they can't do that, but would try to get it as close as possible. The piece I was given was 100% medium. Great spicy, crispy outer edge and so delicate. I have a kind of Blackberry drink that was on the sweet side, but what I had believed, so it was almost like a dessert that wore my meal.

Outback never seems to disappoint me. Chain restaurants can sometimes be bad packaging, but this meal was worth every penny!

Service with a smile, check several times to make sure everything was okay. The food was delicious and both steaks were cooked right. Well made for lady and medium with a light shade of pink for me.

The food is fantastic and deserves five stars, and the service we received yesterday was top-notch. However, I am extremely disappointed in the management of this restaurant.
