A gentleman... read more I’ve visited this location multiple times and had good experiences in the past. However, today around 7:19 PM, I encountered a concerning situation. A gentleman prepared two of my three sandwiches, while a shorter woman made the third. I noticed that there was unrefrigerated meat being handled. Overhearing her, I saw her wiping some sort of sauce off the meat and intended to use it on my sandwich! The napkin she was using was just sitting in the corner on the counter, not even from a proper dispenser. This was unacceptable! I can't believe an employee would think it’s okay to take old meat, wipe it off, and serve it. When I requested fresh meat, she seemed irritated and tossed the old meat away. The gentleman who had made my other two sandwiches looked at her in disbelief at what we had witnessed. I truly hope this isn’t the standard at Subway now. I’ve always enjoyed dining at Subway, but this experience raised serious concerns about their food safety practices. If you visit this location, please be cautious while they prepare your sandwiches and speak up if you see something concerning!
