When we... read more The family running this restaurant was quite rude. They didn't make our sandwich correctly, and the sandwich artist seemed to ignore our order entirely. When we asked if our order was ready, we felt dismissed. We had ordered turkey, not ham. It was frustrating. On a brighter note, they did take the time to remove the lettuce, tomato, and mayo that we hadn't requested. However, the owner—I'm assuming it was the owner—was also unwilling to honor the promotion of a free sandwich for each customer that day.

Got there ten minutes early and the curbside area was blocked by other vehicles and people standing around. So, I parked diagonal from the spot. When the employee came out with my order about 12 minutes after I arrived, I rolled my window down and told her it was for me. She had a stank face. I tried to be friendly, she said “next time park in the designated spot.” I wasn’t in the mood for her attitude and wasn’t about to explain to her the reason I was parked diagonal to the spot….so I just rolled my window up before she was done talking. She looks miserable and like she didn’t want to be there. A few whole extra steps really ruined her whole day. I payed for food, not attitude.
