It was ok....our hotdog was good but we ordered a grilled cheese and you couldn't taste the cheese. It was a little over cooked and they put a small slice of cheese between texas toast bread. The bread to cheese ratio was way off. Too much bread. It waslike eating grilled bread that was dry.
I placed my order in advance using the app and picked up my food at this location while heading to another event. The food was piping hot and perfectly prepared, and the drinks were half off. Thank you!
What can I say? It's a bit inconsistent. Some staff members naturally have great customer service skills, while others do not. I also wish they would pay more attention to the orders. Every time I visit, it seems like they make mistakes, and I end up having to ask for corrections.
The free cheeseburger offered in the promotion was even worse than McDonald's. I should have stuck with Whataburger. However, the service was good.
The service was excellent and the food came out quickly. I was able to enjoy my time there for an hour without anyone bothering me to leave, which can happen at some places.
